Shipping & Delivery
We prefer to use UPS as we have an established system for dispatch. Under some circumstances we may use alternative couriers.
If we are sending you an order we will attach a tracking reference to it. You are then able to track your order in transit on our system by logging in and viewing the order at My Account / My Dashboard / My Orders / and select View Order  / Track your order / Tracking button or Tracking Link.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive emails relating to its 'in transit' progress. If you put you mobile phone in as a contact number you may also receive an 'out for delivery' SMS text message.
In the event of lost packages or undelivered we will refund you in full or arrange a replacement items.

Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security is important to us. Your details are not shared with anyone. We do store the information you use to create an account. This is essential to identify you and authentication you on our system and we use these details to process and dispatch your order. We do not save or store your bank account details.  To process online payment we use worldpay on selecting payment by card you will be redirected to their payment portal. If you have any concerns about privacy and security of your details please feel free to contact us.
Returns & Replacements
Your continued custom is extremely important to us. We offer a 7 days no quibble refund on all items you purchase from us. We will arrange for any items you are unhappy with to be returned at our cost.  We endeavour to offer you the best in customer services. Ordering
To order from us on this website you need to have a login and password. You can create this here.
We will then need to activate this account so that you can order.
The process for having an authorised account is as follows.
  1. Create an account at our New Customers Page
  2. We use your email as your login so you will need to confirm this belongs to you by clicking a email we send you to authenticate the email account.
  3. We will process your request for access and may telephone you relating to this.
  4. If approved for ordering your account will be activated within 48hrs and we will contact you to inform you.
  5. Once activated you should be able to view the prices and add to cart and pay in the normal way.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment methods are determined by you at checkout. Our current methods enable you to pay by bank transfer and through the worldpay who handle the payment transaction for cards. We also have an option to select 'pre-arranged'. This is you wish to place an order on the website but wish to arrange payment separately with us. We can accept payment 'in store' by telephone so you can order on the website then phone through to pay.
Our prices are obtainable once your account has been activated please see Ordering above for more details. We do occasionally have promotions and we will notify you of these by email.
Payment currency in all payment methods is Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Viewing Orders
Once you have placed your order you should receive notification to your email address.
The details of your the orders you have placed are found when you logging in and found at My Dashboard / My Orders / View Order.
If you wish print the invoice you can do so by My Dashboard / My Orders / 'View Order then selecting 'Invoices'. Here you can 'Print Invoice'.
We will send you a invoice by email.
The progress of your order is found by logging in then accessing My Account / My Dashboard / My Orders / View Order / About your Order (bottom of page).
Updating Account Information
Once your account has been 'activated' you can change any details at anytime.
To change any details please login and edit any details you wish through the Dashboard.
